SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Account Manager

We are looking for SEM Account Managers to manage online SE marketing projects on behalf of our clients and/or as part of our performance based marketing activities. This is an opportunity to become immersed in one of the internets fastest growing and probably the most fascinating industries.

Job Description

  • The Account Managers will develop and manage paid search campaigns across a wide range of clients and verticals
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant searches
  • Write text ads and/or assign relevant banners
  • Assign tracking and launch campaigns
  • Analyze performance and conduct ongoing optimization process
  • Report on performance on a regular basis
  • Leverage successful activities and expand to others
  • Maximizing profits

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work to deadlines and multitask across a wide range of SEM campaigns
  • Online Marketing experience is not mandatory but can be an advantage
  • A good working knowledge of the internet as a business venue
  • Very well familiar with Excel, familiar with database management
  • Fluent English. Past experience with English speaking clients is an advantage
  • Degree level education in Economics or Business Management (Preferably in Economics)
  • Business orientation and creativity
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Knowledge of any other languages (Such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian) is an advantage

Online Media Manager

Job Description:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with online media vendors and proactively seek new list advertising opportunities; present recommendations to management
  • Negotiate and evaluate online marketing proposals
  • Maintain media schedules and deal sheets; secure insertion orders and track delivery of all purchased media
  • Analyze results of purchased media, and fit with predetermined goals and overall business model
  • Campaign management , Ads Operations, Ad Trafficking
  • Maximize profits and revenues , risk management

Job Requirements:

  • BA in economics/Business/Management
  • English - Mother tough level (other languages – advantage)

Major Responsibilities: Managing online advertising campaigns based on performance.

  • Developing and managing wide range of performance campaigns on different verticals and media sources

  • Trafficking campaigns using our ad server
  • Work closely with the media team on hunting new media sources
  • Establish and enhance relation ships with new and existing advertisers

Job Purpose:

  • Research - designate potential advertisers for initial approach.
  • Telemarketing – Develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.
 
Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities:
  • Research and map the online market
  • Designate relevant brands and agencies in Europe to advertise with XtendMedia
  • Penetrate and bring in new leads
  • Perform a high pace of daily phone calls
  • Present XtendMedia to new clients
  • Create the ground for advertising opportunities and pass the leads to senior sales managers.
  • Meet personal performance goals

Qualification

  • At least 1 year performing telemarketing.
  • Experience with the online market – advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English. Other languages - Advantage.
  • Strong telemarketing skills.
  • Good research skills, self sufficient, autodidact.
  • Fast, highly motivated and hungry for success.
  • Good prioritization skills
  • Team player.
